Getting Started

In 5 easy steps!

Submit the Intake Documents

1. Complete the Screening Form, linked above.

2. Email the following items to admin@arisebts.com:

​

  • A copy of the ASD Diagnosis paperwork

  • A copy of the front and back of the client's insurance card

  • A copy of the front and back of the client/parent/guardian's government issued ID

Follow Up Phone Call & Authorization

Once we have received all of the necessary documents, our admin team will call you to verify your information and request authorization for the initial assessment from your insurance company.

The Initial Assessment

Once authorization has been approved. We will call to schedule an intake with you and one of our skilled BCBAs. During this time, the BCBA will assess your child and ask you additional follow-up questions to help write the initial plan of care.

Authorization for Services

Once your child's BCBA is done writing the initial plan of care, he/she will meet with you to review it before sending it to the insurance company to request authorization for services to begin. This can take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the insurance company.

Start Services

Once authorization has been granted, your child will be paired with one of our skilled clinicians and begin ABA services!
